Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat- Chefchaouen
(5 Hours drive)
Today our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel or airport, Visit Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Africa. It is decorated with a beautiful tiling of the utmost craftsmanship. Continue to the capital city, Rabat, to visit Hassan tower. From here we continue to The Blue City of Chefchaouen driving past several villages and small towns, turning off to reach Ouazzane and then through the mountains. The evening can be spent wandering the lovely streets and up and down alleys and chilling in the many little cafés.
Overnight at your Chefchaouen Riad.
Day 2: Chefchaouen Half day – Volubilis – Fes
(4 hours drive)
After breakfast in your Riad, you’ll get time to explore the city on your own.
After lunch we’ll drive to Fes via Rif Mountains giving many chances of great photographic landscapes of Berber villages along the road, after many stops at your recommendation we’ll reach Fes, another of the Imperial Cities. We travel via the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Roman remains of Volubilis. They are spread over a wide area, affording beautiful views over the valley and hills.
Later we arrive at Fes, you’ll get time to relax and take a walk in the oldest city in the country.
The night is spent in the Riad/ guests-house.
Day 3: FES – IFRAN – MIDELT -ERRACHIDIA – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA
(7 hours drive)
Pick up from your hotel in Fes very earlier and depart for the south of Morocco. You will have a stop in Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco to enjoy its beauty and to have memorable photos. After that, you will head toward Azrou. Both towns are located in the Middle Atlas Mountains and are known for being ski resorts and winter/summer holiday destinations for locals. You will have a funny moment with the monkeys in the cedar forest. Continuing to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant. In the afternoon, we will cross the pass of TIZI N TALGHAMT to reach Errachidia while admiring the views of Ziz gorges. One of the most spectacular dates palm oases.
From here, you will continue through Erg Chebbi Dunes passing by Aoufous and Erfoud (the last is famous with fossils and dates) where you may want to visit a local fossil craft workshop.
Arrive at the dunes of Erg Chebbi, these dunes are called also Merzouga Dunes. Get ready for a camel ride about one an hour and a half in order to get to your Camp tents during the trek you will take a break in the middle of the dunes to watch the sunset, try the sand-boarding if that’s an activity you’re interested in, take photos and enjoy the scenery … after the sun goes down you will continue to the camp where you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea, dinner, campfire, music party, and Overnight stay at Luxury Sahara Desert Camping.
Day 4: MERZOUGA- Errissani – Todgha gorges – Dades Valley
( 4 hours drive)
Starting your day with a spectacular sunrise, it’s highly recommended. After showering and breakfast at the camp, we start our visit forward Errissani, its vibrant souk (traditional market). Rissani was earlier a widely known caravan center and is still a commercial hub of the region. Later you pass the water channels – “khettarat” – which you can descend into to appreciate the architecture and genius behind this form of irrigation which prevents evaporation in the summer heat.
Your desert adventure continues with a scenic drive as far as Tinghir. Here, you will explore the Toudgha Gorges. Wander the green palm fields, and the massive canyons blending perfectly with the scenery.
Dinner and night at the Dades gorges.
Day 5: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – High Atlas – Marrakech
(6 Hours drive)
After breakfast, we can enjoy one of the better views of the Dades valley from one strategic lookout in the mountains. Then, you drive along the Valley of the Roses to Kel’aa M’gouna. If your tour coincides with the spring season, you will have the chance to witness local ladies’ artisanal rose water distilling workshops.
The journey continues via the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, to Skoura Oasis. Wander its palm tree fields and visit the beautifully restored Kasbah Amredhil.
After these beautiful moments we head to the big Skoura palm grove we’ll get to Ouarzazate to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, the old residence of the Glaoui or Marrakech pasha. And if you are interested we can visit the cinema studios and the cinema museum.
After a short drive, you arrive at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a film location for many Hollywood blockbusters. Including “The Gladiator”, “Lawrence of Arabia” and the famous TV series “Game of Thrones”.
You can have lunch in one of the many restaurants by the riverbank. Next, you will visit the kasbah to explore this historic site.
From here, you continue your adventure via the Ounila Valley to Kasbah Telouet. This kasbah was a residential palace and is beautifully decorated with tiling and woodwork. In the afternoon, you will cross the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass and arrive at Marrakech late afternoon.
Your driver will escort you to your hotel / Riad.
Day 6: Marrakech Sightseeing with a local guide
(Half day trip)
Marrakech is probably best known for central Djemma El Fna with its juice stalls, dried fruit and nut stalls, women applying henna, snake charmers, storytellers, and the myriad of nightly food stalls.
Today After your breakfast your local guide will pick you up at 9 AM in your hotel, visiting and discovering the history and the culture of Marrakech but you will also be entertained by listening to the stories of ancient times.
You can visit the following places: Yves St Laurent’s Majorelle Gardens which is famous for its special shade of blue, the Koutoubia Mosque, El Bahia Palace, which means “the palace of the beautiful”, the Quranic School, the Ben Youssef Medersa which used to house some 80 Quranic students, the Saadian Tombs, and the Jewish quarter, the Mellah, El Badi Palace which it was commissioned by the sultan Ahmad al-Mansur of the Saadian dynasty a few months after his accession in 1578.
After these beautiful moments, we will transfer you to the airport of Marrakech or Casablanca.

What to dress for mosque Hassan II?
Both men and women need to cover their knees and shoulders. inside the mosque hall, you will be required to remove your shoes, and a special bag will be offered to carry them.
Is one night enough in Chefchaouen?
Yes, you will have enough time to explore the blue city, you walking Chefchaouen by late afternoon, and the next day morning you wake up earlier to enjoy it before we leave to Fes.
What do we need to pack for camel ride?
For the camel ride, we recommend wearing jeans or long trousers. Please prepare a small backpack for your personal belongings. Do not forget sunglasses, a scarf, a hat, and your bottle of water. the other luggage would be dropped by your driver in your tent during your camel ride.
How long is the camel ride in Merzouga dunes?
The camel trek lasts for about 1 hour, depending on the season, daylight, etc.
Can we hire quad or Buggy ?
Yes, you can. there are plenty of ATV rental companies in Merzouga who supply good quality quad bikes and dunes buggies to try in Erg Chebbi dunes. Your guide will assist you with that, and you directly pay the supplier in Merzouga. They cost 30 Euros per quad per hour.
Can we skip the camel ride and go to the camp by 4x4?
